• Vote RSIA Executive Committee With Keith stepping back from his chairman position and John McCourt stepping down as treasurer, we need to hold new elections. Options to discuss:
- WhatsApp polls
- Vote during this meeting
- Mail voting process after identifying candidates
• RSIA Status Update
- Current legal status
- Engagement with Sailing Ireland
- Previous executive board work
- Available documentation/constitution
Updates: Gordon: RSI has a constitution (voted in 2022) and is an affiliated member of Irish Sailing. Desmond: Constitution needs updating and review by all clubs for feedback and proposals. Note: Derogation needed for radio sailing events – priority for new executive committee.
Action Item: Desmond and Gordon to work on documentation and constitution rewriting. (NBD: 06/06/2025)

• IOM NCA and Class Captain Roles
- New volunteer needed for IOM NCA (previously managed by Jeff)

- DF65s
- IOMs
- A Class (Gilbert proposed)
- Marblehead (Vangelis proposed)
Updates:
- Gordon suggests incorporating class association within RSI to streamline administration and handle insurance matters
- DF65/95: Karl to check with Keith and compile register with Desmond
- IOM NCA: Needs new owner; clubs to nominate candidates. Robin Gray is official IOM measurer
- RG65s: Seeking Class Captains
- Marblehead, A-Class, and 10R: Pending committee designation
- IRSA representatives needed
- Consensus to create a centralized provisional register for all classes ( Action Item: Desmond to lead, connecting with Jeff and other members to share sail/boat lists they might keep NBD: 06/06/2025).

- Dublin area sailing venues (not discussed)
- Inclusion games in Malahide (July first weekend) – Vangelis to gather details and engage with organizers.
- Events hosting and fees: IOM regatta at Ramor confirmed (Vangelis handling entry fees)
